Shipping policy
We are happy to ship your order anywhere in the continental U.S. (international shipping not available). We are not able to offer shipping to Alaska of Hawaii. All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. All orders placed by 5pm CST will ship the next business day unless that item is out of stock, in which case you will be contacted with the options available. We ship all of our products by USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, UPS, Or FedEx depending on the size and desire of the customer. The final shipping cost will be communicated with the customer before the order is finalized and shipped.
Your shipment may or may not require a delivery signature. Please understand that this extra precaution is taken to ensure secure product delivery to our customers. If you would like to request that a delivery signature to be required, please input the following statement in the 'Add note to seller' box when placing your order (at the secure checkout screen): Please DO require a delivery signature for this shipment. I understand that by NOT requesting this, I'm assuming all responsibility for all lost, stolen, or undelivered parts after they leave the OrderEuroParts.com warehouse. Please keep in mind, by doing this, you're assuming all responsibility for the items once they leave our facility! Any claims regarding items shipped to an incorrect address must be made within 45 days from the date the order was placed.

Estimated delivery time starts AFTER the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that all parts are not kept in-stock. If one or more parts on your order need to be ordered from the manufacturer, please expect an additional delay in the delivery of your order. Should any of your parts need to be ordered, you will be promptly notified via email notification to the email address we have on file for your OrderEuroParts.com account.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders which our suppliers are unable to fulfill. Due to excessive damage claims and high shipping cost, we reserve the right not to process orders for hazardous materials, bumpers or body sheet metal. This includes, but not limited to: hoods, fenders, doors, trunk lids, moldings or glass of any kind. These orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The shipping calculations should be accurate but in some cases with the large variety of shapes and sizes of items we carry, our calculations may be off and in these cases we will contact you immediately to inform you of these changes prior to charging your credit card allowing you the opportunity to reject or approve the item in question in your order.
